Crime has been around since the invention of civilization. In the past, punishments for crime included being deported, having your hands cut off, and being executed! OUCH!!!!! As time went on, punishments went from having one type of your body parts off to the modern punishment: imprisonment. This is what we have learned from world history.
A good reason why we want to lower the minimum legal driving age is to introduce more security tips for driving to help protect those people against the bad reasons. Another one is that people should get more responsibilities at younger age, because we should raise the responsibility rate in people. We should raise the growth rate to adulthood on a person's 17th birthday. Also, people who commit REAL crimes should go to hell! When all people die, they should go to heaven, whether good or bad. Our gods are different, though we good people believe in the true God, while the bad people believe in the Holy Scoundrel, his enemy.
This is why we both have become enemies. Here is the following excerpt:

Transliteration: Seiakudō wa Kami no kataki desu. Ryōshin wa tenkoku wo sumimasu. Kami-sama wa ryō-ō wo misemasu. Dōji ni, Seiakudō wa akuō wo misemasu.
Translation: The Holy Scoundrel is God's enemy. Both deities live in heaven. God shows the good side. On the other hand, the Holy Scoundrel shows the evil side.
Of course, God creates good things, while the Holy Scoundrel creates bad things. No one should believe in the Holy Scoundrel because of he does bad things!
