Amendments Ten to Fifteen Hundred and Two: No racist or individual having used a narcotic without any accepted safety use may participate in government.
Amendments Fifteen Hundred and Three to Two Thousand: No racist or individual having used a narcotic without any accepted safety use should live independently.
Last half: Bill of Alien Rights
Amendments Two Thousand One to Twenty-Five Hundred: No alien individual should commit a crime.
Amendments Twenty-Five Hundred and One to Three Thousand: No alien leader should involve crime.
Amendments Three Thousand One to Four Thousand: No alien device should involve crime.
Any alien species violating the last 2000 amendments of the Mangavillan Constitution will be sentenced to extinction!
