Carrington Code

Carrington Code is a Japanese-based phonetic writing system named in honor of me, Carrington, because I wanted to have the Municipality of Mangaville established, with me, not Donald John Trump Sr., to be its chairman. In a figure of speech, it is only to be referred to as he because it possesses the Earth Federation. Here is the following katakana-based chart:

Superscript ッ and ゥ (/ᵊ/)

カ゚, キ゚, ク゚, ケ゚, コ゚, ヂ, ヅ, ヰ, ヱ, and ヲ are only used for transcribing Japanese. ヷ, ヸ, ヹ, and ヺ, however, are unofficial. Also, ル゚ is not used in languages containing rhotic vowels.
ッー: This combination shortens a pronounced vowel, and is only used to transcribe Italian, Latin, Greek, Japanese, Arabic, the Indo-Iranian, the Southeastern Asian (including Indochinese), and the Malayo-Polynesian languages.
